London based sales role selling Human Translation Services / Translation Software Sales Manager, New Business, Human Translation Services sales / Translation Software sales, West London & South London, 40-60k basic, Uncapped OTE, Field Sales, Account Management & Development, Team Environment. My client is the world's leading provider of translation services and technology solutions. Also, having more than a decade of experience in the industry working for literally 100's of the most demanding clients in a wide variety of industries; their project managers, translators, software engineers, graphics engineers, studio engineers and administrative staff all have extensive knowledge of client requirements in every respect. Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will be relied upon to source new business by generating and converting leads in to concrete sales selling Human Translation Services / Translation Software into all market sectors. You will be speaking to Senior Directors on a daily basis. Whilst there will be a small level of account Management, the bulk of your daily workload will be generating new business. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years sales experience within a Solution / Services environment preferably selling Translation Software / Services and a proven track record of over achieving sales targets. You must be a 'Heavy Hitter' and a clear communicator with the sales drive to see a challenging sale through from start to finish. The fortunate individual will enjoy a 40 - 60K (neg) base salary with a lucrative commission structure based on performance, which is uncapped with accelerators.
