Air conditioning, HVAC, HEVAC, Dynamic, Market leader in the installation of HVAC systems is currently seeking an outstanding Key Acounts Manager GBP 30K Our client is a rapidly expanding market leading electrical engineering and electronics companies. This company provides innovative technologies and comprehensive know-how to benefit customers across the UK. This company is active in both commercial and corporate sectors. With an ever-growing demand for their expertise and reliability our client is now searching for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their highly successful sales team in HVAC solutions from design through to installation. Ideally the successful candidate will have direct industry experience selling HVAC control systems in the UK selling to architects, specifiers and the corporate sectors, with a minimum a 3 years provable success in the market. The successful candidate will be qualified in electrical or contract engineering, or facilities management, well presented, articulate, with a detailed understanding of business drivers. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for both new business development and project management. Targeting the commercial and corporate market in London and the Home Counties, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from design to installation. This Sales process will include technical consulting, helping to develop a solutions sales plan on a per project basis, building and maintaining relationships with key decision maker including mechanical contractors and engineers, presentations, negotiations, and the closing of large contracts. As a Project Manager you will be required to be on site through installations, working with the installation teams to ensure a smooth implementation. On offer for the right candidate will be a generous base salary of 25-35k, plus commission structure, car, laptop, and mobile phone, with an OTE exceeding GBP 50-60k in the first year.
