Key tasks include:-Manage and have overall responsibility for the National Contract, providing strategic direction for contract development.Develop and promote future business for National Accounts.Ensure Regional teams deliver a consistent service nationally.Lead and direct Regional management teams to deliver quality service.The use of excellent interpersonal skills to enhance company and Group business.Ensure contract performance meets KPI's and profit levels.Compliance with Health & Safety and QA policies.Maximisationand integration of skills within site teams.Manage local HR issues.
