Description:

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier in the childrens toy industry, providing quality products to the retail sector. Established for over twenty years they now have considerable market share. Due to a recent restructure and expansion of the sales division, they now require a dynamic Business Account Manager to aid their continuing success. Working very closely and reporting directly to the Senior Business Account Manager your main function will be to maintain and develop the major accounts within the organisation Argos, sainsburys, Toys R us, Tesco, etc, whilst also consistently achieving company set turnover and profitability targets. Your role will see that you are responsible for providing account forecasting and phasing, continuously monitored and updated, utilising sales out analysis and trends, combined with product, brand, market and retailer activity. You will be based from home visiting the office once or twice a week to meet and report to the Senior Business Account Manager. To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience selling fast moving consumer goods into the retail sector and be able to demonstrate a track record of developing profitable customer growth within a highly competitive sales environment. Key account management experience is desirable. The successful candidate would have ideally looked after an major retail and grocery multiple accounts in their current or previous role although this is not essential. The candidate must be a proactive individual with a constant desire to succeed, learn and who is very adaptable. Our client is determined to get the right person to maintain their largest and most profitable account. Remuneration will be in the way of an excellent base salary of GBP 30-35K with a lucrative uncapped commission scheme allowing an O.T.E of GBP 50K.
