Our client is a leading distributor of rubber goods into the UK FMCG market. They carry an impressive range of market leading brands, which have increased further by recent acquisition of a competitor. Due to this recent expansion, our client is now looking for a motivated National Account Manager to manage the companys most important accounts throughout the UK. Reporting directly to the UK Sales Director, you will initially be responsible for planning and launching their new brands (includes condoms, rubber gloves etc.). Using your existing knowledge of large retail chains you will position the new brands within large retailers which include the likes of Somerfields, Wilkinsons & Morris. The company carries an impressive range of rubber goods, so the successful applicants can rest assured that their reputation will only be enhanced through the promotion of these products. You have already had three plus years of sales experience at head office level with large retail and grocery clients. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or experience in a well-branded FMCGs manufacturer will also be looked upon favourably. You are capable of managing staff and have current contacts in the market place. This is a great opportunity to join a large organisation in a true development role.
