Our client is a world leader in management consultancy. They are looking for a dynamic and proactive Account Handler tojoin their Surrey-based team. This role requires fluency in one other central European language(French/Italian/German/Spanish) and first-class experience within a commercial client-handling role.As part of the Account Management team, your primary objective will be to help client's gain maximum value from yourcompany's services.KEY TASKS:- Presentations to clients of your company's services.- Training clients to understand your company's services.- Working with around 8 Account Executives to ensure total key client satisfaction.To achieve this, the ideal candidate will have at least 12-months' experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within amultilingual customer service role. With excellent communication skills, you will find it easy to interact with anyperson at any levelIdeally of graduate calibre, a truly outstanding candidate will be one with a degree in an I.T, Business or Languagediscipline. A good grounding in MS Office would be advantageous.This role is easily commutable from locations such as Windsor, Maidenhead, Staines, Slough, Datchet, Ascot, Berkshire,Surrey and Middlesex.
