Our client, an established and well-branded High Street estate agent is seeking a highly-motivated and performance-drivenMortgage Services Consultant for their Plymouth office. You must value customer service, demonstrate a confident mannerand have excellent negotiation and communication skills.Experience in mortgage, insurance and related financial products is essential. Working as part of a branch team, you willbe provided with a high number of appointments, and be expected to increase revenue from the sale of mortgage and generalinsurance products.Interpersonal and communication skills are as important as technical ability, and it is expected that the successfulapplicant will be a dynamic individual with well-honed negotiation and people skills.Basic salary will be in the region of GBP 18 - GBP 22 k (depending on experience) and guaranteed commissions of GBP 500 per monthwill be provided for the first six months while you establish your sales pipeline.Candidates are expected to have passed all three CeMAP papers, and to have a full driving licence and their owntransport.
