: This position is all about the ability to effectively manage large groups of test engineers and technicians - about 75 in total. You should be familiar with modern technology such as SMT, BGA and other leading PCB developments, although this is not a hands on position by any means. You will need to manage all aspects of the department with the objective of increasing effectiveness and efficiency for our customers both internal and external. You'll probably be HND, possibly Degree qualified and have a track record of electronic Test and Repair, ideally from within the mobile phone sector, but if not some other rapid moving industry that incorporates the latest in technological development. Must be enthusiastic, persuasive, charismatic and a natural leader of people. We are looking for 3 managers. 2 for the day shift and 1 to work nights.
