Description:

To qualify for this role with our client, a leading wireless corporate, you will have a proven ability to work in a customer technical liaison / support role with 1-2 years commercial experience. You will offer experience in development of software for implementing communication protocols from layers 1 to 4 of the ISO model as well as development of working with radio or other communications equipment. You will ideally offer Real Time Embedded or PC applications Software development and C or C++ programming language (under a UNIX or Windows environment). You will be responsible for providing post-sales support, client liaison, dealing with escalation issues alongside the implementation of bespoke hardware and software systems.Knowledge of 3G, SS7, GPRS, GSM or UMTS with strong Unix skills ideal.
