Undertaking investigations and producing rapid solutions to customer problems on new and existing products. Ensuring that all stages of the product design life cycle are documented in accordance with company standards andmethodologies.SPECIFICATION: RTOS (ideally Nucleus) software development experience. 2+ years experience within a commercial product development environment. A degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Fluency in C++ and C. VHDL for FPGA design experience. Version control systems experience (ideally Visual Source Safe).Desirable: UML XML Digital video and audio standards Video compression techniques IP protocols and networking, SNMP High speed digital hardware design ModulationPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:You must be able to convince others that you are a motivated engineer who is keen to work in a dynamic and challengingenvironment using you own initiative to initiate optimal product solutions.
