Requirements of the role:- Support the Sales teams- Mentor Channel Partners and customers through consulting service engagements- Assist with the building of success stories (case studies) and process them through marketing- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our client's Windows Management product set- Supply product enhancements feedback to Product Management- Ensure the service is delivered successfully and the customer is satisfied with the work delivered- Manage assigned customer product deployments- Play an advisor role to customer throughout their project- Become customer's single point of contact after the sale and own the product delivery
