The Role:Reporting to the Incident Resolution Manager, you'll provide a quality Incident Management function as part of the widerscope of Resolution Management to deliver an effective Technical solution for Orange.You'll be accountable for the management, assignment, progression, escalation, resolution and review of medium priorityincidents that affect the Orange Technical Infrastructure and the services delivered over it.Must Haves:To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:12 months' experience in network and service Incident Management.Good understanding of GSM networks and services.Time Management.Nice to Haves:It would be great if you could also offer the following:Previous experience of Remedy fault logging tool.Managing meetings and chairing conference calls.ITIL experience/knowledge.The Department:Your role will be based in an established Incident Management team, with close relationships with both the internalService Desk and NMC areas, interfacing to Change and Problem Management as well as internal and external supportfunctions.Location: Bristol |
