Renowned for its cutting edge medical imaging equipment, it is now looking to strengthen its customer/ technical supportteam by appointing an enthusiastic field service engineer to cover the North East of England (based within easy access ofDurham) specialising in a range of diagnostic x-ray systems scanners. The successful candidates will work at hospitalsites throughout the territory and when necessary, in other areas in the United Kingdom. Key responsibilities willinclude the installation, repair and servicing of equipment, which will involve a substantial amount of contact withradiology customers.In order to apply you should have experience in fault finding and repairing to board level, a minimum HNC, or equivalentqualification, in Electronics, or a related discipline, and ideally a knowledge of Microsoft packages and/or Networkingknowledge. Strong communication skills, an ability to work effectively under pressure and to develop positive customerrelationships are also essential.
