Description:

Our client is recruiting a Mechanical Contracts Engineer for a number of small projects valued up to GBP 1 million. You willhave overall control of individual contracts.The company offer complete mechanical service from small works to large plant room fit-outs. They also design, supply,instal & commission all kinds of air conditioning - this being an extension of their mechanical services section.The suitable candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of contracts from start to handover. Also makingsure that Health & Safety procedures are put into practice.Other duties will be purchase of all materials, control & pricing ammendments to contracts, control of subcontractors andupdating cost control documentation.
