Description:

As Project Manager within this regional operation of this National Building Services Contractor you will be planning, procuring and organising all labour, materials and plant activities of M&E projects to meet client requirements. You will also hold financial responsibility for the projects under your control. In addition, you will need to ensure compliance with technical, contractual, quality, legal and health & safety standards. To do this you will need to develop positive working relationships with clients and other departments and a multi-disciplined labour force. The ideal candidate should be qualified to HNC Level in a related discipline and have a minimum of 10 years experience within the M&E Building Services industry with at least 5 years experience of managing M&E projects including management of a labour force.
