Description:

The immediate task is for the incorporation of a Combustor modification to address potential improvements to thestability/ignition of the Combustor. This will involve design changes to the method of sealing air leaks around thecombustor/igniter interface. Further tasks will revolve around in service support across a range of military engines.E.g. RB199, Adour, PegasusEssential SkillsTime management, perseverance, interpersonal savvy, Action orientated, Problem solver, Creative. CADD5, familiarity withMetaphase PDM would be an advantage.The role will involve requirements capture, problem investigation, problem solutionproposal, Design concept definition and recording.The ability to programme manage packages of work is desirable.
