ClientEstablished in the 1880s, our highly established and respected client is a global construction services business. Theyoperate under three main business streams - PFI/PPP, Civil Engineering & Specialists, and Construction.Project and OpportunityThey are currently looking for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee various new build and construction projects.This will include the co-ordination of all sub-contractors on site, budget allocation and management and ensuring theproject is completed on time and to a high standard.Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will come from either a mechanical trade background with experience running M & E projects of asimilar budgetary scale. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and be a forward thinking anddynamic leader.You will also have a HNC in Mechanical Engineering or a time-served equivalent.BenefitsIn return, the client is offering a negotiable remuneration package which will depend entirely on the individualcandidate, plus car or car allowance, plus pension.
