MCP Win / Exchange 2nd Line Helpdesk / Support Engineer - Surrey required to join well established and market leading group FTSE reg company. You will be required to support in a 2nd line helpdesk SLA environment. You will have previous experience and knowledge of Windows Server NT4 to 2003, Exchange 5.5 to 2K 2k3, MS Office applications, Active Directory etc. A fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to learn, with MCSE paths, take ownership of incidents etc. You will have excellent communication skills, troubleshooting skills, aptitude, with two years experience min, be willing to enhance your certification to MCSE 2K3 Track along with the role. Any current certification such MCP MCSA etc would be advantageous and must have a recent track record with simlar experience. Must be able to drive, Urgent Vacancy APPLY NOW.
