To manage, co-ordinate and maintain an up to date and accurate asset management system for the Northern Line Track team.Manage and maintain the asset management system on a daily basis: - Ensuring that all new CM faults are logged in thesystem. - Update PM tasks and CM faults. - Provide management reports as directed. - Provide statistical informationreports from the asset management system as directed. Required skills & experience: It is essential that the post holderis computer literate and is competent in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. It is desirable that the postholder has 3-5 years of Asset Management system experience. It is desirable that the post holder has experience or isfamiliar with working in a Track environment. We are looking for a highly motivated technical administrator.The ideal candidate will ideally possess a Permanent Way background or be familiar with the technical language of track.The individual should be familiar with asset management systems or demonstrate a high level of IT skills so that theywould pick up the system quickly. The position will be predominantly days although the successful candidate will need tobe flexible and be willing to work some nights. It is anticipated that the hours of work will be 7-3 although this willbe flexible.
