As a pivotal member of the Senior ManagementTeam, you will:Lead and help mentor high-impact improvement and development projectsDevelop and teach necessary training in design excellence and lean thinkingLead the identification and prioritisation of Continuous Improvement opportunities within the siteYou will have a solid background in leading Continuous Improvement activities, including training and facilitatingproject teams.
