As a leading player within this market, the company was recently acquired by a rapidly expanding PLC. Thebusiness is now going through a thorough re-engineering and re-positioning which aims to achieve consistent double digitgrowth. They now seek to appoint a Marketing Manager / Business Analyst who will work closely with the senior managementteam. This particular division specialises in the maintenance, repair, installation and service solution within the SMEmarket place around the UK.The Role:Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be instrumental in identifying and understanding the dynamics of the market,its performance and potential new revenue streams for the organisation and tracking them in terms of growth andperformance.The Requirements:Be an experienced marketer who has worked in a B2B environment, with experience of market segmentation and knowledge ofCRM additional experience in analysis and business modelling would be a distinct advantage.You will be commercially astute with a good understanding of market dynamics, an ability to probe and understand theunderlying drivers, but able to step back and objectively consider the appropriate action.Above all, you will have the ambition and desire to regard this position as an exciting career step and the opportunityto demonstrate that you have the ability to play a part in the future management of this company.A minimum of 5 years experience with the relevant qualifications.Rapidly growing PLCB2BUp to GBP 50K + Base + BenefitsBased North UK
