: This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, well-known organisation who produce consumer products on an international basis. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic graduate who has c. 2-5 years post-graduation experience in marketing, marketing intelligence/ research or data analysis. This varied role will involve managing market research and marketing/ sales data to support marketing activity, as well as becoming directly involved in product management and marketing development. Working in this dynamic business environment, your key responsibilities will include:  Proactive management of market research, working closely with external agencies to report on market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour  Driving the development of CRM for the marketing group  Establishing a set of routine reports, providing summary commentary on the major trends and activities  Supporting the marketing group with ad hoc insightful market analysis  Getting involved in product management and promotional activity  Researching, defining and developing a strategy for CRM The successful candidate will be a graduate with 2-5 years relevant experience. It is not essential to have already had experience in all of the above, however it is imperative that you have been involved in market research/ analysis or marketing with an intelligence/ analyst bias. Strong IT skills are also important in order to deal with databases. Excellent scope for career progression exists, so this opportunity will suit a motivated and driven individual who is keen to move forward. The starting salary will be c. GBP 25-32K (depending on experience).
