Reporting to the manager of marketing communications, you will help ensure the smooth running of the marketing department, as well as provide first class levels of marketing administration support to our sales team and resellers. Duties will include: Help the sales team and resellers with marketing campaigns, Co-ordinate small events, conferences and Display items, Administer the approval, print and distribution of marketing materials, Source promotional items, Maintain and distribute photography and logos, Maintain a record of press clippings and press releases, Administer stock levels for marketing materials, Administer and track the marketing budget. If this is you then you then the ideal candidate will have the following: Preferably at least one year s previous marketing administration experience, within a similar environment and/or knowledge or experience of the IT security sector, Excellent communication skills, Accurate, professional and organised, Able to work under pressure. |
