you will have a manufacturing background, composites knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential. You will havehad at least 3 years' experience of leading a manufacturing team. The key skills you need will be centered around peoplemanagement where you can demonstrate your ability to communicate with and motivate your team to deliver the targets ofthe business. You will have a real belief in the strength of team work and have a strong desire to support and encouragethe development and progression of your team members. Experience of working with teams to assist in the implementation ofContinuous Improvement ideas and suggestions would be a great advantage.
