A major defence communications company is looking for a talented Manufacturing Improvement Leader to join their team!! You will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of agreed assembly, integration and test, process improvement activity. You will also be involved in the coaching and training of staff to ensure process improvement objectives can be met. You should have working knowledge of process improvement techniques and methodologies, especially those associated with Lean Manufacturing, Design For Six Sigma Manufacturing (Black Belt applications more than welcome!) and Design For Manufacture.
