A progressive company based in West Yorkshire, manufacturing toiletries require a full time Manufacturing Chemist to runthe department on a day to day basis. Qualified to HNC/Degree level in Chemistry or a related subject the candidate willideally have commercial experience from a similar environment.The successful candidate will be in charge of the manufacturing process, the testing and development of products,purchase and quality control of all raw materials, formulation development, batch recording and general technical supportin all aspects of the business. Creativity, good communication skills and commercial awareness are required to complimenta sound technical background.The role is a very hands on one, and candidates will be expected to carry out a wide variety of tasks as and when needed.The role is a Monday to Friday position and is 40 hours per week.
