Description:

Duties will include assisting and supporting the Regional Commercial Manager in the management of the QS function in theregion and for providing advice and supplementary resource to site based QSs. Ensure that comply policies and proceduresare being adhered to.Ensuring site team is working efficiently and effectively as a team. Recognising where claims couldarise and implementing provocative steps to avoid claims situations. Ensuring site is maintaining the required level ofrecords and assist site in the preparation of claims documentation and its timely submission.Audit commercial process onsite and take appropriate action.Trouble shooting, continually reviewing systems and communicating issues and learningbetween sites.Monitor financial reports, forcasts etc produced by site team and ensure accuracy. Ideal candidates will beat least HNC qualified,currently in similar role already or alternatively looking to step up from a senior QS position.Our clients are highly respected and offer genuine career prospects.
