You will also be commercially responsible for the current team of 7 Quantity SurveyorsThe current contracts run by the office are GBP 3m at the lower level and range up to GBP 10mThe Candidate Should be currently in a Senior Quantity Surveying role and seeking a promotion to Managing Surveyor or a currentManaging Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge Minimum of 5 years Mechanical and Electrical experience. Knowledge of Red Book, Yellow Book and Green Book Form of Contract would be a distinct advantage.
