Description:

A Senior key position has arisen for an experienced Senior QS to take the next step up to Managing Surveyor.Working for this medium-sized M&E sub contractor, you will report directly to the Managing Director on a daily basis onall financial matters affecting the company.Overall financial responsibility for all projects based at that office, turnover aprox GBP 40 million per annum.Preparation of risk assessment reports on various proposed terms and conditions of contract and day to day management of10 other surveyors.Responsibilities will also include agreement of contract conditions, review, validation and agreement of sub-contractorconditions; monthly financial reports; cash flow forecast and review and agreement of final accounts.The successful candidate will prepare & submit various types of estimates & budgets, working in conjuntion with the cashcollection section of the accounts department. Also monitoring and reviewing monthly applications produced by thesurveyors and the sub-contractor payment process.Ideally you will degree qualified or equivalent within the Building Services Industry.
