Managing Consultant, North WestA large multinational blue-chip requires a Managing Consultant to develop and manage a diverse portfolio of consultancy and design projects with central government, local government and private sector clients both in the UK and abroad. Successful candidates would be responsible for the development and management of a dedicated team who are responsible for the delivery of Intelligent Transport Systems and transport planning functions. All candidates must have experience with Engineering Project Management, Budget Management and negotiation of contractual issues. Candidates must also have experience with one or more of the following; Intelligent Transport Systems, Rail, Traffic Engineering, Road Safety Audits, Traffic Assessments or Street Lighting.
