Description:

Our client a leading blue chip facilities management company, are looking to recruit Maintenance Technicians (Mobile &Static) to carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on: all electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation andair conditioning equipment as well as participating in an emergency on-call rota.The roles will involve: carrying out new works and projects as well as PPM and reactive maintenance and repair to alltypes of plumbing and HVAC equipment, maintaining up to date servicing records of plant and equipment, ensuring timelyclosure of paperwork, and assisting the on site team with non-trade specific tasks.Suitable candidates will be Qualified to NVQ 2/3 Heating & Ventilation / Plumbing, with a recognised apprenticeshipcovering welding, plumbing and pipefitting skills, hold a full driving licence, have knowledge of permit to work systems,be conversant with COSHH & manual handling.
