Must have demonstrable experience of working within a maintenance/engineering role.*1st LevelKey Roles & Responsibilities - To support production, ensure m/c uptime, carry out PPM s, and carry out projects.Qualifications Time served apprenticeshipExperience - Min 2 years post time served (ideally 3 years+)Also good communication skills, the ability to use own initiative and meet specific deadlines, computer literate, flexible approach to work.*2nd LevelKey Roles & Responsibilities To support production, to drive down downtime, to solve complex problems, to implement and carry out PPM s, to implement a continuous improvement approach.Qualifications Time served apprenticeshipONC/HNCExperience Min 4 years post time served.Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal Demonstrable ability to investigate, analyse and problem solve and implement appropriate countermeasures, where appropriate Flexible approach to job responsibilitiesDemonstrable computer skills (Microsoft office) An efficient and logical approach Self motivated and the ability to work unsupervised Previous supervisory / management experience A demonstrable understanding of Quality system (ISO9002) *3rd LevelKey Role & ResponsibilitiesTo support production, to lead investigation through to root cause on complex issues, to drive continuous improvement, to implement shutdown plans of activities.Qualification Time served apprenticeshipHNC or aboveExperience-Minimum 5 years post time served.Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal Demonstrable ability to investigate, analyse and problem solve and implement appropriate countermeasures Flexible approach to job responsibilities and working hours Self management skills Computer literate (MS office) An efficient and logical approach Demonstrable man management experience in both small and large teams Strong presentation skills Demonstrable ability to create detailed and effective action plans, set objectives and targets to achieve section or project objectives A good understanding of Quality system (ISO9002) Relocation is available for these roles. |
