Reporting to the Property Services Manager, the Maintenance and Facilities Manager will be responsible for delivering professional and efficient hard and soft facility services to the UK headquarters. Developing relationships and management documentation, encompassing support services contracts and supplier management, conception and completion of all head office moves and design and testing of business continuity plans.
