Description:

you will have at least 5 years' management experience in a machining background, ideally aerospace or composites.Experience of managing 3-axis machining with 4/5 axis experience being desirable. CAD/CAM knowledge and experiencedesirable. Demonstrable working knowledge of Kanban/Kaizen continous improvement activities essential. Experienced inleading a team of machinists to achieve demanding key targets.
