Having worked in a building services management or contractingrole, you are fully conversant with all the M&E facilities found within a commercial property. Possessing good verbal andwritten communication skills, with exemplary attention to detail, you are comfortable either working in a small team ormanaging your own condition survey project, in close partnership with your Customer.On offer is a rich and varied working style, coupled with the freedom to manage and control your own projects and buildlasting relationships with your Clients, all within the strong support framework of an established and dynamicmarket-leader.
