: Our Client is the UK Market leader in there industry. Sales in 2004 were GBP 20million and will excel GBP 26million this year. They are major suppliers to B&Q, Homebase, Wickes, Argos and Kybotech. They are looking to recruit someone to join there busy Logistics Department as a POD (proof of delivery) Audit Administrator. The role will involve dealing with all picking lists to make sure that the orders get picked and despatched on time, confirmation and distribution of driver schedules and delivery tickets. You will be responsible for verification of signed POD's and any returned items. You will need to liaise with the Hub Controller and the internal computer system to retrieve all outstanding POD's as per service level agreements, investigate any problems with POD's and also compile weekly reports of company position. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar position, be able to work in a rapidly changing environment that incorporates peak seasonal demands, the ability to work unsupervised using own initiative, be assertive, quick thinking and reliable with a keen attention to detail. The role has a salary of GBP 14,000 fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing local company.
