Description:

Our client, who manufacture, install and maintain a range of automated systems including lifts, conveyoring componentsand materials handling systems, are looking to recruit a Lift Service Engineer to cover the Birmingham region.Reporting to the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for carrying out scheduled maintenance visits, repairs, andbreakdowns at customers sites within the region. Suitable candidates must be time served lift engineers (with eitherelectrical or mechanical bias) and possess a current, full clean driving license. In this role, you will be required tounderstand electrical & mechanical drawings, demonstrate problem/faultfinding skills, prioritise and plan work schedulein advance, participate in a night call-out rota and work overtime & travel as and when required.In addition to a competitive salary, successful candidates will receive 20 days holiday (rising by 1 day each year), acompany vehicle, pension and overtime (for any hours worked over 37.5 per week).
