Description:

The role will involve working with the Technical Director, game teams and business development to select the most valuable projects. Design and management of projects taking place within teams. Undertaking the research, design and coding of specific projects themselves. The assumption is that this role would be 20-50% design and management and 50-80% coding.Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following: 7+ years of software engineering4+ years of C/C++3+ years of object orientated programming4+ years of tools/technology development for games Experience of leading and managing a team of at least 3-5 other developers, including mentoring, handling personnel issues, assignment of work and schedulingGood knowledge of maths and physics relevant to game developmentExperience of developing for consoles and PCGood academic qualifications, including a Degree (2ii or better) in Computer Science or related subject (Maths/Physics)
