We seek a Practice Lead for HR Transformation to work with client organisations, focusing on the agenda of the Chief Human resources Officer and other senior Human Reources executives. The overall goal is to assist clients in delivering excellence to the extended workforce through its full lifecycle, from initial employment acceptance to retirement, and by driving increased performance in the provision of HR services through the shaping, transforming of HR process.
