Our company is the European leader in airborne radars, electronic warfare systems that meet the operational requirements of combat, intelligence and surveillance missions The Land Operational Domain Expert position will be responsible for defining, refining, coordinating, and conducting analysis, simulation and test activities associated with land C4ISTAR concepts and capabilities.We need candidates with the following: 1. Extensive and recent experience with the British Army (15+ years). 2. Expertise in providing analyses of ground combat and command and control functional areas within joint and coalition operations. 3. Significant experience in developing doctrinal manuscripts, and division level and higher operations orders within joint and coalition operations. 4. Army operations (especially at brigade and below and C4ISR in particular) and an understanding of the role of Modelling and Simulations in Army analysis. 5. Experience (8+ years) participating in simulation supported exercises; and authoring, editing, and reviewing exercise implementation documentation, and data collection, control, and analysis plans. 6.Prior experience on other programs performing as the subject matter expert regarding British Army doctrine, operations, and organisation. Important: 7. Experience with MoD Land Warfare Centres or Director Equipment Capability (ISTAR or CCII). 8. Experience with researching opposing forces doctrine, operations, and organisation to support simulation development; and authoring supporting operational documentation to coordinate activities related to conducting demonstrations. 9. Real World operations. Education & Qualifications Essential: 1.Joint Services Command and Staff College graduate, completed at least the Initial Command and Staff Course (Land). Desirable: 2.Graduated from either the Higher Command & Staff Course or the Advance Command and Staff Course. 3.MS in Operations Research, System Engineering or equivalent. Technical Degrees preferred.
