Description:

Responsibilities are to:- Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner and pass them on to the correct person promptly and efficiently.- Welcome and accommodate the needs of all visitors received at Reception and ensure that they are signed in and out.- Arrange the booking of taxis and couriers and accurately record the details of transport used.- Monitor incoming emails and update internal bulletins for the company.- Display a smart and professional public image in person and over the telephone.- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well maintained.- Some administration for other departments and other ad-hoc duties.Skills and experience:- 6 months reception or customer services experience.- Excellent communication skills and a polite and professional manner.- Excellent timekeeping.- Well presented.- Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel.
