Our client, a regional developer and builder require a Junior QS to assist them on an apartment development in GreaterManchester. Assisting one of the Directors the role would entail commercial duties including site measurement, takingoff, sending out subcontract enquiries and vetting responses together with administration. They would also consideremploying someone in a salaried role and on a day release basis. To be considered for the role you will have a relevantqualification (or be working towards one) and have a minimum 12 months experience.
