Description:

- To become knowledgeable about all systems and products currently supplied and supported by the client and futureproducts supplied by the company.- To assisst in the installation of the clients equipment onto site.- To be on sit on time and keep the customer informed of progress throughout installation.- Organise site visits paperwork and ensure all reports, delivery notes etc are complete- Provide set up notes, network diagrams and hand over to support manager- To test new hardware and software- To provide telephone support for contracted sites- To record details of support calls using set procedures- To undertake site visits as required for installation or configuration of hardware or software or for training purposes
