This role reports into a Merchandiser but take full responsibility for the girlswear product area. The suitable candidate will bring experience and working knowledge of existing BMR processes, evidence of developing and implementing departmental strategy, the ability to use strong commercial skills to grow sales and profit and a desire to make teams and partnerships work through good communication and working practices and the sharing of vision and goals.
