Description:

Your role will be to carry out on-site surveys of needs and installations, assess and respond to faults and servicerequests utilizing the helpdesk system and through the system track progress in the problem resolution to keep to Servicelevel agreements with existing clients. You will be capable of diagnosing and fixing faults and providing one-to-oneassistance and explanation of services to users either in person on the phone or via email. Documentation will also be apart of your role in support of helpdesk and implementation processes procedures or end-user documentation in HTML, PDFor hard-copy.In addition to this you will monitor the capacity and performance of the application and suggest enhancements. Resolveapplication failures, apply bug fixes and locally manage application upgrades and releases.
