Description:

The role: Ensure that the maximo plan and access requirements of the Production teams are delivered on time enabling allwork to be executed so that all track assets meet the LUL & Company standards of availability, safety and quality withinfinancial provision. Provide the Track Manager, Production Managers and the Inspection Manager with weekly performancemetrics. Accountabilities: Coach and support all direct reports. Work with the Track Manager and Technical PerformanceManager to prepare and monitor the Logistics, Access and Performance annual budget including resources, materials andcontracts. Liaise and negotiate with both internal (e.g. Signals and Projects) and external parties in order to secureall of the logistics requirements (i.e. people, plant, tools, calibrations, materials, transport, PPE, accommodation) ofthe Production and Inspection teams. Work with the Maximo Administrators to plan and book resources such as the TampingMachine, Track Recording Vehicle (TRV), Engineering Train, Tunnel Cleaning Train (TCT), Weed Killing Train and any otherspecialised vehicles to ensure that all maintenance work can be undertaken as scheduled. Manage the storage of materials,tools and plant across the Jubilee Line. This includes securing and maintaining storage licenses and the management ofcritical line side spares such as rails, stock & switches and crossings. Required skills & experience: A minimum of 2years experience in planning track maintenance activities and will possess a knowledge of the plant, tools and equipmentrequired for track maintenance work. A knowledge of track related operating rules and regulations, as well as a workingknowledge of track inspection procedures. An ONC in an engineering background or equivalent discipline. Competent inMAXIMO and ORACLE. The successful candidate will be expected to gain track qualifications such as TOO1 or Track PWAY Aand B exams.
