Description:

This high-profile FTSE 50 client with over GBP 1.25 billion operating profit is keen to recruit an additional Joint Venture Auditor due to a recent internal promotion. The purpose of Joint Venture Audits is the safeguard the interests of the Company in terms of short-term financial measures and longer-term partner relationships and as such is a varied and vital role. You should have prior audit experience either internal or external and ideally be a Qualified Accountant.In addition to planning and participating in Joint Venture Audits, you will also be designated Lead Auditor from time to time which involves scoping the work, identifying other members of the team, coordinating before, during and after the audit, report writing and following up on outstanding issues. Primarily, you will be based at the UK HQ in Berkshire, however the role will also involve a maximum of 35% international travel. This role would either suit a Qualified Accountant who has at least 1 years PQE, looking to either make their first move from Practice or an existing Internal Auditor keen to develop their career within a dynamic Corporation. In terms of personality, you should be self-motivated, have a friendly but firm eye for detail, great organisational skills as well as reliability and integrity.
