A Java developer is required to work on a high use, high availability product. This is a very complex application and requires technically astute people who can build highly scaleable web applications. You must have experience of developing n-tier solutions and applications in Java, JSP & XML and be familiar with coding to J2EE standards. You should also have a sound knowledge of application servers such as JBOSS or WebLogic.
