I am looking for a Payroll Manager to join the Italian Team of a large well known organisation. You will be required to lead and develop a highly skilled and energetic payroll team. You should have knowledge and experience of Payroll policies and processes, leading highly skilled and energetic payroll team and continuously looking to improve both customer service and efficiency of day to day payroll operations and work processes. You must be fluent in Italian (written and oral), accuracy and attention to detail is essential, with excellent IT literacy skills (Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, SAP/databases), possess strong leadership skills with a high level of customer service and be able to show knowledge of HR policies and processes.
