Opportunity to join a dynamic international company. As part of the IT support team, you will play a critical role in the front-line IT support for large Distribution / Fulfillment Centre. The team provides 24/7 support of IT hardware, software and systems in an on-site and on-call capacity.Responsibilities include:- Support all IT Hardware, Software and Production based Systems within a fast-paced environment- Contribute to the evaluation of the IT function and its resources- Be a main point of contact for individuals reporting issues with systems or equipment- Continuously measure and evaluates own IT work processes- Improve quality and eliminates errors- Participate in both IT projects and overall site projectsThe successful candidate has the opportunity for future promotion and a candidates that can achieve this are actively sortExperience/skills required:- 3+ years IT Support experience within a fast paced production based environment- Advanced in UNIX Systems Administration, NT Systems Administration, LAN and WAN, Telecom, Help-Desk/Technical Support, and Data Cabling- Demonstrate problem solving and analytical capability - Flexibility, dependability and strong customer-service focus, as well as a demonstrable technical aptitude and a willingness to develop new skills- Degree qualified in Information Technology/ Computer Science.Highly competitive salary package offered.
